Audrey and Jim have been in a loveless marriage for many years. In the early parts of the marriage, they would fightsometimes physically. Once Audrey hit Jim so hard with her phone that he needed stiches from an injury that resulted. Jim, however, has not been loveless as he has had a girlfriend on the side for the past three years. Audrey was aware of it, but didn't have the energy to deal with it and spent all of her time on her phone and social media. So they continued on as roommatesnot sharing meals, vacations, holidays or birthdays and continuing to keep their own bank accounts. Audrey was so busy on the phone that she didn't have time to find a new friend with benefits, but then someone on her "friends" list started to entice her on one of her apps. The online friend always compliments her and makes suggestive or sexual comments. As a result, Audrey is responding in a similarly sexual way. Unbeknownst to her, this was a friend of Jim's from the bar and he and Jim are stalking the account and getting screen shots of their sexual discussions during the game. Then Jim sued Audrey for divorce. Out of spite, Audrey quickly started to use their joint credit card to buy the newest I-phone and other expensive technology purchases. Then she counter sued for divorce.
