Using IRAC (Issue, Rule (Relevant Cases), Application, Conclusion) format answer the case below:

Lisa has an elderly aunt named Jemima. Jemima and Lisa are very close and Jemima would love to spend more time with her niece, but Lisa is very busy. Lisa works part-time on Sundays at a local cafe and goes to university. Lisa is usually very tired because she is so busy with her studies and work and has been thinking about leaving her job at the cafe.

One day, Jemima tells Lisa that if Lisa gives up working on Sundays, she will pay Lisa to spend her Sundays taking Jemima shopping, helping her with her gardening and helping to pay her bills online.

Jemima says she will pay Lisa $10,000 at the end of the year if Lisa does this every Sunday. Lisa agrees, but they do not put anything in writing.

Lisa spends about 4 hours most, but. not all Sundays with Jemima doing the things they had agreed to. Now and then Lisa does not spend time with Jemima as she has to study, but Jemima is happy with that because she wants her niece to do well at university.

At the end of the year Jemima refuses to pay Lisa, claiming that Lisa only did it because she enjoyed helping her aunt and spending time with her instead of working.

Lisa asks her lawyer if she has a legal claim against Jemima. Advise Lisa.
