Authentic leaders are grounded in self-awareness. Leaders are well aware of, Feel comfortable with, and act consistently with their values, personalities, and self-concept. Effective leaders continually think about their stable hierarchy of personal values and remain anchored to their core values. Should Leaders always be authentic, or would you prefer an adaptive leader in your workplace?
