The firm uses the same software as three 3 years ago and there were no upgrades or changes to the software at all The software does not use more memory to run and does not consume more CPU time. The firm now has 5,000 customers with the size of each customer record has been doubled, compared to 3 years ago. Ava cannot afford of replacing the computers for her employees and does not believe that getting new computers will solve the issue. For each of the employees computers, Ava is thinking about (1) upgrading CPU, (2) adding more memory, or (3) adding more disk space.
