Ayesha is a paraplegic who has applied to work as a greeter in a large department store. She can fulfill approximately 90% of her duties which consist of greeting and interacting with customers. On any given shift there are 10 greeters on duty who spend approximately 30 minutes during each 8 hour shift cleaning windows, rotating the work amongst themselves. Ayesha is unable to perform any cleaning tasks. As the hiring manager, you advise her: ( 1) it is impossible to accommodate her without undue hardship to the company. ( 2) the company is not required to hire her but will make an exception in this case. (3) the company is not required to hire her but will split her cleaning tasks to the other team members. (4) the company will assign the cleaning tasks to the remaining greeters; in exchange Ayesha will work exclusively as a greeter for the entire 8 hour shift 5) it is impossible to accommodate her
