(b) An average time taken by babies to start walking is between 14-15 months. A researcher was interested in studying whether this statistic is true and also is the time taken varies between female and male babies. She planned to conduct the study in Kampar. She was aware that the Kampar child health clinic contains the health records of almost 95% of babies born in the city which includes information on the time taken to walk. (i) State the most suitable sampling technique for the study. (2 marks) (ii) Explain how the records from the health clinic should be sampled to achieve the two research objectives.
