B. Enhanced ER-Diagram (10 points)

Batu Caves Hospital has three types of doctors attached to the Hospital: Permanent Doctor, Visiting Doctor and Trainee. The details of each doctor are as follows:

Permanent: StaffId, Name, Position, Department, Salary, Overtime, Specialty Visiting : StaffId, Name, Position, Specialty, Department, Institution, Rate Trainee : StaffId, Name, Position, StartDate, Department, Duration, Allowance

Some of the doctors will treat at least one patient. Many new doctors or trainees might not have any patients assigned to them. Doctors are assigned to specific department such as emergency, neurology or orthopedic. Each patient must be treated by at least one doctor or maximum of five doctors. Patient record is track by the patient ID, name, sex, class, date admitted and date discharge. Example of class is first class, second class and third-class ward.
