(b) Iskandar and his wife, Cempaka Sari went for a vacation in Jeju, Korea for two weeks. At the end of the day, Iskandar returned to Malaysia alone as Cempaka Sari got the opportunity to start her cosmetics business in Jeju, Korea. Before returning home, Iskandar promise to pay Cempaka Sari a monthly allowance of RM1500.

However, Iskandar failed to keep the promise. Meantime in Malaysia, he fell in love with Mia Amor, who he met at airport and intending to marry her. Iskandar made an arrangement with Andaman Kasih Sdn Bhd for his wedding ceremony with Mia Amor. However, he cancelled it when his friend, Malik agreed to conduct the ceremony at a lower price. Cempaka Sari and Andaman Kasih Sdn Bhd now decided to bring their respective matters to the court, claiming that Iskandar is in breach the contracts. Iskandar argued that he has no intention to create legal relation at the time he enters into such agreements.
