(b) Paul's dispute with his employer, Charles, is to be heard in an Employment Tribunal on 10 June. On 5 June, William, a key witness, sends his evidence to the Tribunal and to Paul in writing as he cannot attend the hearing. Charles gives his evidence by telephone through loudspeakers so that everyone can hear him. The Tribunal panel is made up of three people and two decide in Paul's favour.
