B Section B of the MAC clause originally reads as follows: Other than with respect to changes to Applicable Laws related to hydraulic fracturing or similar processes that would reasonably be expected to have the effect of making illegal or commercially impractical such hydraulic fracturing or similar processes, changes or conditions generally affecting the oil and gas exploration, development and/or production industry or industries, Hexon's lawyers have completely removed this section of the MAC, to the effect that this section is no longer included in the MAC clause. As such, Section C of the original clause becomes the new Section B
