For example, as a team, we decided not to deploy a strategy when the subcommittee members joined a meeting because we felt it was inappropriate and affected morale. However, once the larger group joined the meeting, the person known for slowing the group down started deploying the previously discussed strategy. I politely interjected and clarified our decision as a leadership group with the group members.
