(b) Suggest, giving reasons for your answers, the most appropriate process model that might be used as a basis for managing the development of the following systems: (i) Interactive travel planning system that helps users plan journeys with the lowest environmental impact. (4 marks) (ii) A building heating control system that monitors temperature sensors in different rooms in the building and switches a heater unit off and on depending on the actual temperature and the temperature set on the room thermostat. The thermostat also controls the furnace in the system. (4 marks) (iii) A relatively complex administrative system for one of the local hospitals. Some of the requirements seem quite vague, but all the requirements are stable. (4 marks)
