He wishes to publish a story about Gillian, who is a television soap star, which has been provided to him by Emily, a former friend of Gillian's. The story will reveal that when Gillian is at home, she never wears any clothes, even during the daytime.

Baako also wishes to publish a story about Penelope, a film star, revealing that she has been seen snorting cocaine at a party after an awards ceremony. The information was supplied by Mira, but Mira had fabricated the information out of spite after Penelope won an award that Mira had been nominated for.

Baako is highly critical of the views of Vincent, who is a left-wing transgender politician. He frequently publishes highly abusive and insightful articles referring to Vincent as a dangerous person whose views on immigration, transgender issues and welfare benefits will result in the ruination of the United Kingdom. As a result of the publication of these articles, transphobic extremists have been sending threatening messages to Vincent via post and social media, and Vincent is now anxious that he may be attacked whenever he leaves his house. Baako is aware that his articles are producing these reactions from some of his readers.
