Back in 2008, I was an assistant director at a pre-school. At that time we had a basic clock in/clock out procedure using a computer. One day I was doing payroll and noticed a time-sheet reflecting full 8 hour days for an employee that had been coming in 20-30 minutes late or taking extra long lunches. Her tardiness had become such a problem that I had already given her a verbal warning.
