Q1. Can the company still pay a dividend even though the current year has resulted in a trading loss and if they can why

Q2. Suren has been a director of two other companies in the last 7 years that became insolvent. Can he still be a director of Metrix?

Q3. In your report on issue number 4 of your written report you have referred to a court case. Explain to me the relevance of that case to the issues affecting Metrix or the directors of the company.
