BACKGROUND Roseville, Minnesota has a shopping center called Rosedale Center, that most people just refer to as Rosedale. The mall is close to major highways and surrounded by suburbs. It serves a trade area of almost 2 million people and has 14 million visitors each year. As of May 2021, Rosedale Center has released plans of a large expansion project to their facilities, in ideas of creating a more lifestyle based hub that includes housing, offices, restaurants, and hotels. These plans are said to be nearly $80 million in renovations. Jones Lang LaSalle (J LL), a professional services company, is in charge of running, leasing, and marketing Rosedale Center.
