"Bart" is a comic book collector.

"Comic Guy" is the owner of The Androids Dungeon Baseball Shop.

"Mr.Burns" is a wealthy investor/company owner.

"Waylon" is an employee of Mr. Burns. He would do nything to keep his boss happy.

"Lionel:" is a prestigious attorney.

"Milhouse" Bart's Best Friend

For many years, Bart enjoyed the entertainment his comic books provided him with. However, one day Bart decided that comic books are lame and don't want them anymore.

Bart goes to the Comic Guy and tells him he wants to sell his comic collection. Most of the books have been purchased from Comic Guy, who has a pretty good idea of what the collection consists of. (Including a rare copy of Radioactive Man #1). Comic Guy knows that he can sell this one copy alone for $1,000. Waylon was in his shop earlier during the week, looking for a copy as a birthday gift for Mr. Burns. He told Comic Guy he would pay this much for a copy if he could get it in time for Mr. Burns's birthday which is next week.

Comic Guy makes a deal with Bart and pays him $500 for the collection. With that must have included Bart's copy of Radioactive Man, and for it to be delivered within 3 days. Lionel (the lawyer) drafts a contract reflecting these terms which both parties sign.

Later that day, Bart went by his best friend Milhouse and informed him of the situation. Milhouse informs Bart that has his best friend he should have been given first dibs at the comics and asked if he was planning on selling them.

Bart decided he then has issues with the contract and expresses them to Comic Guy.

AS ATTORNEY LIONEL, DRAFT A LETTER TO YOUR CLIENT COMIC GUY TELLING HIM WHAT REMEDIES ARE AVAILABLE TO HIM AS A RESULT OF BART'S BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WHAT DAMAGES HE COULD EXPECT TO RECOVER. BE SURE TO EXAMINE ALL POSSIBLE REMEDIES AND DAMAGES!

ADDRESS THE ISSUE FOR BOTH SCENARIOS MEANING IF BART WAS A MINOR AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND IF HE WAS THE LEGAL AGE!
