Bart owns an apartment but wants to give it to his father (Geoff) so that Geoff has a place to live for the rest of his life. When Geoff dies or moves out of the apartment, it will revert back to Bart. Bart wants to make sure that Geoff doesn't give the property to his sister, Maggie and wants the property back after Geoff can no longer live in it.
