You are the owner of a Beech Baron which is based at the Tucson International Airport in Arizona. One day you are out waxing your aircraft and a woman comes up to you and starts talking to you about what a nice-looking aircraft you have. She asks several questions about the performance of the aircraft. She says she owns several restaurants in the Southwest and would like to lease your aircraft so that she can fly to her restaurants periodically to ensure they are being operated to her high standards.

a) Besides checking her pilot license and medical, would there be anything else you would check before you lease your aircraft to this woman? Explain.

b)If you decide to just lease her the aircraft and not ask any pointed questions or otherwise check this person out, are you running any special risks? Explain.
