Based on Lecture 5, please conduct a HAZOP study on a hot water supply system, as shown in Figure 1. Water is stored in a container (FV-1) to supply hot water for a heat exchanger downstream. In the container, water is heated using an electrical heater (E1) and maintained at a temperature of 80C. Water pump (P1) needs to supply water at a flow rate of 4004/min. Figure 1. (1) Please consider your team as a multidisciplinary HAZOP team with roles as HAZOP leader, process engineer, instrument engineer, safety engineer, commissioning manager, maintenance engineer, supplier, etc. (2) Please follow the HAZOP procedure and conduct a HAZOP meeting with your team.
