1. A Stakeholder map
2. A Gantt chart - (when will the project begin, end. When are the deliverables, when is the evaluation) - being reasonable.
Can you please assist me to get a Stakeholder map and a Gantt chart done?
Team Topic: 1. Crime Prevention number: Group 8 Vulnerable people 7 Single parents in the GTA l Brampton municipality in Peel Region What is the problem you are trying to solve? The problem we are trying to solve, are the physical, financial and emotional problems on the single parents. What has caused this problem? Pliysical Given a parent is a single person and with no partner of raising up a kid, the parent is susceptible to be physically more tired on raising a child. The parent is working for day While also being a single mommy/dad when she/he went home for the child. Enough rest cannot be done especially if the child is still young. Financial Raising a child is expensive and full of responsibility. Money is a factor for raising a child such as for food, milk, diapers. education, medical and other needs of a child. So financial problem can come up to a single parent especially when the single parent is not supported by the other parent ofthe child as well as the single parent depend on a small income. Emutiomrl Being a single parent is truly for brave ones given you will be standing for your child. Ifthc single parent is not too bravc on facing different problcms on raising and guiding a child this can result to stress or depression. What are your deliverables? o Pamphlets 0 Posters 0 information Desk Who is your target? Single Parents having the custody or the one raising the child Where is your target? Brampton municipality in Peel Region and the GTA How long will this run for? This project may run for the duration of the semester (this class) What does success look like? A happier, braver and motivated single parent and a child which is raised well which contributes to a happier society Other examples of similar projects that We are getting ideas from Vulnerable People- People with Disability (2018) As we know the People with Disability are also experiencing emotional, physical and financial problems. Emotional- a) because of the bullying of other people they got emotional damage; b) some are feeling down because of their situation Physical- Basically most of People with Disability have physical impairment that affects their living. Financial- Some industries are not accepting People with Disability which affects the room for source of income for People with Disability. 9. The theory we are using to support our plan Fineman's Theory of Vulnerability: States that all human beings are vulnerable and prone to dependency (both chronic and episodic), and the state therefore has a corresponding obligation to reduce, ameliorate, and compensate for that vulnerability (Kohn, n.d.) 10.
