Based on the concepts and terms from Chapter 3 and 4 discuss the following scenarios:

1) Uber is facing a large number of lawsuits, among them a charge of technology theft from Google, installation of software that blanks out the availability of Uber rides near government buildings or when government-employed riders call, discrimination in the workplace, etc. Using an Internet search on one topic, design a study to determine the effect on ridership of the charge you examined.

2) Loyalty programs are in the headlines frequently. Hotels, like Hilton and Marriott, or coffee powerhouses, like Starbucks, are constantly revamping their programs to keep their customers as connected as possible. These programs have proven to be a safeguard against disruption. Assume your firm wants to launch such a program but you dont know much about them. How would you use external published sources to conduct an exploration of the topic. Be specific about how you might use each type.
