BASED ON THE COURSE CODE OF LAW 501: EQUITY AND TRUST FROM UNIVERSITY TEKNOLOGI MARA MALAYSIA (UITM) PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTION BELOW:

Dr Strange settled some properties in view of his worsening health due to long Covid. The appointed trustees were Jolie and Julia. Jolie is an animal lover and Julia is a virologist attached to USM. Dr Strange was never married and adopted a daughter in 2000. In 2020, Dr Strange was named as a legatee in a will by his brother residing in England and the devise was a mansion located in Semenyih. His brother met with a fatal accident May 2022.

In April 2021, Dr Strange executed a share transfer form and together with the share certificates of Novavax Bhd, handed the same to the trustees for the registration of the same. The trustees have yet to procure registration of the transfer since all the directors of the company were stranded in Ukraine due to the war.

Dr Strange also owned 950 gold bars which he stored in a MBB vault. The gold bars in the MBB vault had not been segregated but mixed in a bulk. The trust deed of Dr Strange which was executed in April 2021, provided the following:

1. All my money in OCBC Bank in Kota Kemuning for the upkeep and medical expenses of all venomous snakes in captivity in Malaysia with the hope that the research for vaccines against long Covid could be further facilitated.
