1. Mission sustainability (to continue as a going concern)
2. Position on ethics and social responsibility
3. Fundraising methods and capability
4. Relationship with external entities
5. Managing and leading volunteers

provide persuasive and specific recommendations to the non-profit, Friendship Circle, for improving that nonprofits situation. Salient comments, not necessarily recommendations, should be included for each of the five components listed in additional to whatever else you may feel relevant.
