You are acting as the minute taker for an IT Department meeting at Monash Consulting (again). During the meeting, for Item 6: Policy issues arising from the implementation of the new procurement system, Jack Stone, the Business Analyst in your team, gave a presentation to report on the recent implementation of the new procurement system. As part of his presentation, Jack pointed out that some of the workflows in this new system may need to be reviewed by someone from the Finance Team, just to make sure that they would be comfortable with how the system operates.

Natalie Lim, the IT Manager and the Chair of the meeting, agreed, but she also pointed out that this needs to be discussed with the Policy and Governance Team since this may result in some changes to the existing policies. Natalie also noted that depending on what kind of feedback the Finance and Policy and Governance Teams might offer, the workflows may also need to be reviewed. Natalie asked Jack to form a small working group to have this discussion with representatives from both the teams. Jack was initially reluctant to take this on due to other commitments, but he eventually accepted to take the ownership of this matter as an action item for a next meeting.
