Based on this premise students should follow the below process:

#1 Select a position to build an interview package for. Research this position and identify key components of the job. (Note: A copy of this position should be included in your submission for the assignment).

#2 Prepare an Interview Package (interview questions) for the position in which you have selected. These questions should be directly related to the position in which you have selected. (Note: Think KSA's)

#3 Format the interview package and submit as your final assignment. Your interview package should have a minimum of 7 questions or a max of 10 questions.
