Read the notes to Financial Statements, and discuss what disclosures are made regarding Stockholders' Equity.

To answer this week's questions, you're actually going to have to look up a company's Balance Sheet. You can do this just by Google search for "2020 10-k Company Name." Of course, you have to type in whatever company you get to the company's form 10-k (which is their annual Financial Statement), you will generally find the Financial Statements published at the tail end of the very long document. Start at the end and scroll up you find the Balance Sheet, and there you go. Answer these questions:
