1. What do you think are the main issues that Tesla must deal with in the present, the near future and as an ongoing challenge? For what reasons?

Tesla has had a habit of behaving in ways that many people are highly critical of, but the company has continued to succeed, sometimes in spite of, but also sometimes because of the changes they made to the auto industry's standards of doing business. Do you think this is because the right decisions were made, or just because the company has such a strong following?
3. Although Tesla has expanded to several markets around the globe in the relatively short time of its existence, but it only has manufacturing plants in 3 countries to date. Why do you think they chose these countries to expand to?
4. Do you think the company made the right decisions on the placement of the factories (related to international strategy)? Why do you think they haven't expanded further?
