Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine Europe decided to move away from coal and to transition to renewable forms of energy. Because of tension between Russia and Europe the import of gas from Russia was restricted and Europe considered moving back to coal. This raised a lot of ethical questions. Briefly state the practical implication of Mills greatest happiness principle. Apply the greatest happiness principle to this ethical challenge.
