+ Highlights, Accomplishments, Challenges & Setbacks My experience has taught me that dealing with difficult customers who are dissatisfied with the services provided by the hotel is one of the challe nges I face.In spite of this, I have been able to successfully resolve these complaints by working closely with the customer and providing them with a solution that is tailored to meet their requirements. My time spent working at the hotel has been very enjoyable for the most part, and I've picked up a lot of useful skills that will be of assistance to me in my future professional endeavors. Overall, it was a productive week that did not include any significant obstacles or road blocks.
