Below is the Statement of Financial Position of CurtainCrazy, a manufacturing company that desians and manufactures bespoke window coverinas. 1. * The prepaid expenses consisted of rates (R300) and rent (R5,000) 2. ** The accrued expenses consisted of wages (R630) and electricity (R620) 3. The business uses the straight-line method for depreciating non-current assets. The following transactions took place in 2022 1. Annual rent continued at an annual rate of R19,450. During the year, rent of R15,000 was paid to the owner of the premises. 2. The owner withdrew equity in the form of cash R32,000. 3. Wages of R36,700 were paid during the year. At the end of the year, the business owed R860 in wages for the last week of the year. 4. Electricity bills for the first three quarters of the year and R620 for the last quarter were paid, totalling R1,820. After December 2021 , but before the financial statements had been finalised in the year, the bill for the previous quarter arrived showing a charge of R690. 5. Inventory was paid with cash, amounting to R102,560. 6. A second delivery van was bought on 1 January 2021 for R13,000. This van is expected to be used for four years and sold for R3,000. 7. Sales revenue totalled R179,000 (cost R89,000 ) 8. Rates and taxes on the premises were paid as follows: 1 April 2021 to 31 May 2022 , a payment of R1,300. 9. Urgent inventories for the plant were bought on credit for R12,564. 10. Cash sales revenue totalling R154,000 were received (cost R25,000 ) 11. Receipts from trade receivables totalled R178,000. 12. Payments to trade payables totalled R71,200. 13.
