Ben, a Sikh, worked as a journalist for Orange Ltd on their daily newspaper, Orange Daily. There had previously been a licensing arrangement between the Orange Daily and an Australian newspaper, Sunny Sydney, under which the Orange Daily could reproduce material from Sunny Sydney. That arrangement came to an end recently, but Ben was too busy and did not notice the email sent from the company. Ben copied portions of an article in Sunny Sydney and as a result, Orange Daily was sued by Sunny Sydney for infringement of copyright. Ben's boss was so angry about it and he scolded Ben for that. During their conversation, the boss told Ben not to wear turbans any more. Ben was irritated by such requirement and said he would quit. The day after their conversation, Ben was fired.

Advise Ben of his legal position.
