Bertha, Clyde, Douglas, Olivia and Roberta can form a partnership with limited liability for all partners.

Bertha may not be an unsecured creditor of the limited partnership.

Olivia may not also hold a limited partnership interest and a general partnership interest in the partnership at the same time.

Roberta may be a secured creditor of the limited partnership.
