design, construction, operation & maintenance phases of a building to different customers in the industrial, residential and commercial markets.

ABM insurance company has planned to construct a single storied building with office space for Manager, Assistant Manager, six other office employees and will also include computer server room, mechanical and storage room, rest room etc. The design, construction, operation & maintenance of this building is awarded to Best Group International. As Facilities Manager at Best Group International, you are given the role of Facilities Project Manager for this project. This requires you to complete the following tasks for consideration by Senior Executive team at Best Group.
