Bianca ordered a new car from Alf Barbagallo on 10 January. She specified that it was to be red, with air-conditioning, power steering, Versace tiger print seat covers, and a De Longhi brand CD player and it was agreed that the car would be delivered on 24 January. On that day Bianca went to the dealer's premises and ground that the car was ready. She checked that all of here requirements had been filled and on being satisfied she drove the car away.
