Same as in above, except that beard first sent a telegram of rejection, but before it was received by Portia, Baird mailed a letter of acceptance. As in above, Porta received the telegram of rejection first, but took no action on it. She received the mail acceptance the following day. She still has the Shakespeare collection in her possession. The telegram was received by Portia first. Has an enforceable contract been formed? Why or why not?
