Bill works for XYZ contracting as a forklift driver. He has group plan through his work that provides coverage for him, his spouse and their dependent children. The group dental plan has a $25 single deductible and $75 family deductible. How would the two deductibles on this plan be treated? Question 10 options: Bill can elect to pay a $25 single deductible for every claim each year. Alternatively, if he anticipates having more than three claims he can pay the $75 deductible once eith no other deductibles being applied that year. Bill must pay $75.00 deductible at the beginning of the year to establish family coverage. Thereafter $25 single deductible would be applied to each and every claim. Each covered member would be subject to one single $25 deductible, however once a total of $75 deductibles has been paid, there would be no further deductible applied that year. Any claim for Bill himself would be subject to $25.00 deductible. Any claims for his dependents would be subject to a $75.00 deductible
