Before the officer gets out of his car there is a report over the radio about an armed robbery at Metro Center by a light skinned male in his 20s or 30s. The car seen leaving the scene was a 1980s black Firebird with t-tops. The officer asks Billy Ray to step out of the vehicle and then begins to search Billy Ray's car without a warrant.
