Blair is awaitress at a diner, and she recently broke up with her boyfriend, Bob. Bob comes into the diner while Blair is working and he makes some upsetting comments towards her. Upset andangry,she throws a plate at Bob but hits another customer causing injury. The customer then sues the diner.
