Blue Inc does not currently have a WHSMS in place at all. They used to have only a few policies (including a Return to Work and Injury Management Policy) and some procedures for each of these policies. You were brought on board because of your expertise in implementing WHS Management Systems, so together with the PCBUs. you have created all of the necessary policies they need for their operations, plus the procedures they will need to achieve those policies. Everything is now completed and in writing, but you and the PCBUs are the only three who know what the policies and procedures are and now the PCBUs want you to implement the whole WHSMS. a) Your job is to create a plan to implement the WHSMS (train the staff) into the workplace. but before you can go ahead and put the training plan in place, you must run it past the two owners, (hence you are generating this report). b) You are to present this information in writing using an appropriate structure, layout and language (industry-specific vocabulary) for the intended audience. c) Your report is to show how you have collected, organised and analysed information about Blue Inc's systems of work and arrived at a conclusion in relation to the effectiveness of your proposed WHSMS plan. d) Your formal plan will show how you use logical sequencing to prioritise tasks and workdoad, showing awareness of time, resource constraints and the needs of all the stakeholders. e) You will also incorporate how you would use digital systems and programs to communicate with all of the stakeholders, plus assist you with your planning. implementing and tracking progress. f) Also highlight how you intend to monitor your implementation using calculation measures to evaluate its effectiveness, plus how you would intend to "adjust' the plan if required, to achieve best practice
