Bluto finds an old painting in his attic. He figures it is worth something so he sells it to his neighbor, Pinto for $200. Pinto brings it to the Worcester Art Museum and discovers that it is an original Manet worth 2 Million dollars. Bluto files suit to void the contract claiming that he and Pinto made a bi-lateral mistake. What should the court do? Explain.
