It is almost noon time and he is still sitting in his truck at the construction site, checking his social media accounts, because the supplies he needs did not arrive yet. When Jack finds Bob in his truck on the phone, Jack becomes infuriated, and starts calling Bob lazy, irresponsible, and tells him he is fired.
