Bob joint inc ( hereinafter referred to as BJI) is a newly formed Ontario corporation with large investors who believe the legal cannabis industry is posed for significant growth in the coming years. The business of BJI focuses on the retail sale of recreational cannabis but a large portion of their sales also included the wholesale of cannabis accessory products. some of those accessory products include various balms, vapes, beverage and edible products.

BJI has been working to establish a direct relationship with an approved legal cannabis supplier from united states (California). Furthermore, BJI has found a company from the city of Denver in the united states who would like to purchase BJI cannabis accessory products in large volume orders to have shipped and stored at their warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

As part of this assignment, you are to create the name of the supplier company from the California that BJI will be purchasing cannabis from together with the name of the company from Denver who is looking to purchase from BJI.

Prior to purchasing from the supplier and prior to selling the accessory products to the Denver purchaser, BJI lawyer has advised that contracts should be entered into with both of these parties.

From a legal risk perspective please identify and describe what you feel are the most important term that should be included in each of those contract and please explain why you feel those are the most important terms.
