Bob wanted to buy a travel trailer for his family to go on extended camping trips. After extensive comparison shopping, he found the ideal unit at the Moose Jaw RV Superstore. On Saturday, after lengthy negotiations, Bob and his salesman agreed on a price and a contract for the sale of the unit was created. In that contract, Bob agreed to pay the price of $65 000. He would make the full payment on the following Friday. Since Bob's truck wasn't quite ready to pull the trailer, he told the salesman that he would pick up the trailer by Tuesday. When Bob showed up on Tuesday, the staff at the RV dealership had to inform him that a tornado struck the night before destroying most of the inventory on their lot - - including the one Bob wanted. This disappointed Bob; but, he was shocked when, on Friday, the dealership finance manager contacted him to ask when he'd drop off the $65 000 owed. Bob vehemently denied that he owed them any money. The finance manager disagreed.

According to the Sale of Goods Act, who is correct - - Bob or the finance manager? Support your answer.
