1.The IOM issued several reports that raised the visibility of EHR benefits and accelerated the adoption of HIT. Read the following reports and synthesize the elements each report has in common. From your synthesis, construct a conceptual framework that could be used by the EIM team for describing and EHR.

2.In the article Three Decades of Research on Computer Applications in Healthcare Medical Informatics Support at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, testimony to the foundational and important contributions made by early pioneers in health information systems is provided. Investigate each of the systems discussed and evaluate each one's contribution to the current status of the EHR today.
