Brawn and Brains owned an automatic vending machine business doing business as "Vendomatic."They had a savings and a checking at Chase Bank under the Vendomatic and both Brawn and Brains were authorized signers on the accounts.Throughout the year, Brawn and Brains were authorized signers on the account.Throughout the year both Brawn and Brains drew against the accounts for personal expenses.At the end of each year they equalized their respective draws and divided the profits between them.

(a) In June of 2019, Brawn was making collections at the various locations where Vendomatic's vending machines were placed, when ge got into an argument with the of one such Peter I. Magnum location over the proper percentage due Vendomatic from the monies in the machine.The argument ended when Brawn punched Peter I. Magnum sending him "sailing" through a plate glass window.Peter was severely injured.
