Breach of Contract:

Scenario:

Meg hired Paul to install a blue liner for your outdoor pool. They signed a contract and Paul went to work. First, he ordered the liner from Tod, the liner manufacturer, but Tod never made the liner.

Paul installed a black thin plastic instead of the liner, and did not tell Meg. The black thin plastic is not as durable as the pool liner and will not last very long.
