Brendon and James are friends who own and operate competing liquor stores in the Bay Park area of San Diego. They are constantly snooping into each other's business. James recently discovered that Brendon entered into a contract with ABC beer distributorship and is now selling the same keg beer as James. Brendon is not happy and approaches ABC to stop doing business with James. ABC says it cannot stop because they have a five year contract with James.
