Brewers at Singh Brewery work full-time or part-time. Full-time employees work either 8 AM to 4 PM, 11 AM to 7 PM, or 1 PM to 9 PM. The shifts of part-time employees are 12 PM to 4 PM or 3 PM to 8 PM. Employees working full-time take an hour meal break at 12 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM, respectively. Employees working part-time do not receive a meal break. Full-time employees are paid $28.50 an hour while part-timers make $26.25 an hour. Breaks are unpaid. The brewery cannot schedule more than four part-time shifts and must schedule the number of employees required for each 1-hour-block as shown below. Only full shifts are scheduled.
