Briefly describe how at least three methods or types of social support you provide to and/or receive from others have been affected by the COVID19 pandemic. 

• What effects were the most positive? negative?  What made them so positive or negative?

• If you are a member of an organized group that meets (or met) regularly, such as a church, book group, organized mutual support group, or even a supportive sport team, consider using that as one of your examples.
